Processes and Operations
The center will operate on the process basis concept, drawing from high-tech operating systems that identify the work assignments as processes needing specific resources to complete the required job according to a time schedule. Resources in this case will include administrative and technical staff, space, and equipment. In this operational style, any work assignment is given to a team composed of the available expertise in the respective units. The center consists mainly of six operational units.
